Job Summary
Our company is seeking a qualified dispatcher to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized detail-oriented self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving .
- Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups
- Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.
- Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications :
- 2 - 3 Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
