Our sales team has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and profitably growour business in the assigned territory. Candidates located in Northern CAand surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. This individual will be part of a diverse team that will successfully build customer relationships and bring the voice of the customer into the larger Eurofins EAG organization.
This is a remote position with required frequent local travel (more than 50% of the time).
- Profitably grow Eurofins EAGs sourced revenue year to year to meet agreed upon targets.
- Identify the best opportunities and develop strategies to ensure these opportunities are converted to sales.
- Follow established sales processes to ensure selling effectiveness.
- Identify customer needs and communicate these to operational teams for evaluation and action.
Qualifications :
- BS degree in engineering materials science or related field.
- Semiconductor experience is a must.
- Korea speaking is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient communicator and listener.
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Strong analysis and judgment skills.
- Able to work individually and independently as wellas part of a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Computer literate high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
- Manage multiple functionsand maintain good organizational skills.

Compensation is aligned with market standards for the region and tailored to individual qualifications and experience.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
- Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses Contacts etc.)
- Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment use a telephone access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels including overhead.
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance over the telephone and in a group setting.
- Learn new tasks remember processes maintain focus complete tasks independently make timely decisions in the context of a workflow ability to communicate with visitors ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
