Job Summary

Dominos is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead daily operations at one of our store locations. The GM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance including team management customer satisfaction financial performance and compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit train mentor and retain top talent

  • Schedule and supervise team members to ensure efficient store operations

  • Foster a positive and productive team environment

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching

2. Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional service is provided to all customers

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain a customer-first culture throughout the team

3. Operational Excellence

  • Manage store operations including food preparation delivery and cleanliness

  • Ensure compliance with all Dominos operational guidelines and standards

  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with health codes

4. Financial Management

  • Monitor and manage labor food and other controllable costs

  • Analyze store financials and implement strategies for growth and profitability

  • Handle cash management inventory control and bank deposits

5. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote local marketing efforts and community engagement

  • Drive store sales through superior customer service and team performance


Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent 

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant or retail preferred)

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
