Job Summary
Main tasks and goals:
- User support for CRM BP and CRM CE;
- Training on the CRM tool;
- Business responsible for evolutionary maintenance (testing and change management support) / Key contact for BPCE IT;
- Possible deployment to the region for any reinforcement needs;
- Support during peak periods for campaigns backup for CRM campaign manager BP/CE;
- Management of CRM projects (In support of the Team Leader).
Qualifications :
- Marketing or Project Management degree;
- CRM (Adobe Campaign) - good knowledge;
- Fluent in French an English (minimum B2).
- Flexible;
- Communicative;
- Reactive;
- Organized.
