招聘岗位 管事部经理

岗位职责

- 监督管事部门每日的运营负责维护整个食品服务区的卫生状况 控制储藏室的发货及分发瓷器银器和玻璃器皿
- 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规或其它适用的规定以及香格里拉食品卫生安全管理体系标准和当地的规章制度
- 负责工作场地及所有餐具的清洁卫生
- 管理废品的清除厨房的清洁工作接收和存储厨房物品的管理工作
- 协助餐饮总监和行政总厨设定管事部的目标和制定策略程序和规定
- 按照香格里拉酒店集团的纲要制定培训材料为管事部员工和餐饮部其它员工执行培训

岗位要求

- 相关工作经验3年或以上
- 广泛的知识包括厨房/清洁设备和能够培训员工
- 具有组织协调能力应变能力经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力

We are looking for Stewarding Manager

As Stewarding Manager we rely on you to

- Supervise the daily operation of the steward Department maintain the sanitary condition of the whole food service area control the delivery of the storeroom and distribute porcelain silverware and glassware;
- Comply with local health and safety regulations or other applicable regulations as well as Shangri-Las Food hygiene and safety management system standards and local regulations;
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the working space and all tableware;
- Manage waste removal kitchen cleaning work receiving and storing kitchen items management work;
- Assist food and beverage Director and Executive Chef to set the objectives and strategies procedures and regulations of the Steward Department;
- Develop training materials in accordance with the Shangri-La hotel Groups outline and conduct training for staff and other staff in the catering department;

We are looking for someone who:

- At least 3 years work experiences in the same position;
- Wide range of knowledge including kitchen/cleaning equipment and ability to train staff;
- Have the ability of organization and coordination adaptability management ability writing ability and information management ability;
