WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position is responsible for effectively processing maintaining and updating employee data for the HCM System & OneUSG with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Audit and verify data entered in the HCM system.
- Run queries in the HCM to reconcile various transactions against data entered in job bank.
- Process written Employment Verifications and eVerify authorizations.
- Interact with internal and external customers to collect data and provide customer service.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of personnel files and the file room.
- Create and/or reallocate position numbers as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
NOTE: This position is located 100% on GSUs main campus in Downtown Atlanta.
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Requirements:
Notary Public or able to become certifiedwithin 90 days of hire.
At least 1 year of University System of Georgia (USG) or State of Georgia Human Resources experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.
