The Team:
As a key member of our Global Calypso Team you will collaborate with a diverse group of experienced professionals in an agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role your impact will be significant. You will work on high-stakes projects and improve our systems functionality with a focus on results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaboratingwith the Product Owner to refine functional specifications and translate them into application features.
- UtilizingCalypso Java and other tools to develop and implement requested features efficiently.
- Leadingstrategic projects and coordinating efforts with IT teams across different regions when needed.
- Participatingin DevOps teams to support business users and stakeholders globally.
- Providingrecommendations to enhance development tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- ApplyingAgile methodologies in bi-weekly sprints to deliver results and continuously iterate on solutions.
How to Succeed:

- Possessa minimum of 5 years of hands-on Calypso experience.
- Demonstratestrong knowledge of Calypso back-office operations including message setups and workflows.
- Exhibitadvanced Java programming skills and a basic understanding of payment processing.
- Showcasestrong analytical capabilities to design end-to-end solutions.
- Embracea continuous learning mindset and be proactive in complex projects.
- Communicateeffectively with business users and stakeholders across various geographical regions.
