Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and develop detailed systems specifications.
- Recommend and implement changes to systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and first-time quality.
- Provide third-level application support and liaise with internal teams and external providers.
- Assist with the implementation of new software and enhancements to existing applications.
- Maintain documentation including test scripts procedures and system standards.
- Coordinate and execute testing activities under project or change management frameworks.
- Report regularly on project progress and contribute to strong service delivery outcomes.
What Youll Bring
- Formal tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in applications development and support.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for chasing the better.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
