Computer Courage is currently searching for a new technician to join our growing IT support team. The technician will perform business IT services and support to our customers:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT services and support to Computer Courage business clients
- Manage work and track tickets in an MSP ticketing system
- Manage monitor and document client IT hardware software and services
- Act as a primary technician and point of contact for multiple dedicated accounts
- Work in our Emeryville office from home and at client sites
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong customer service communication skills and organizational skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS
- Demonstrated knowledge with Windows Server
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking
- Experience with cloud technology administration
- Experience with ticketing systems and queues
- Ability to consult plan and execute IT strategy with clients
- 2 years experience in the IT industry MSP experience preferred
- Good documentation skills attention to detail
- Access to a car a valid US drivers license and car insurance
- Must be eager to work hard to learn many new skills solve problems and work efficiently in a managed services environment
Compensation and Benefits
- $30 to $45 per hour depending on experience
