Job Summary
A Specialist in Wealth Management Operations leads complex operational processes overseeing transaction management and data integrity. They ensure compliance with industry regulations while mentoring junior staff and driving improvements in operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Process Management & Operations support: ensure the efficient processing of financial plans and report requests with a high level of accuracy. Assist the development and updating of SOPs and process documents.
- Quality assurance & Continuous Improvement: Perform Quality checks to identify errors or discrepancies conduct root cause analysis and work towards reducing the error rate. Identify improvement opportunities in the underlying process and implement the same.
- Training & Onboarding support: Ensure a seamless integration into the team by providing guidance on systems tools and workflows. Partner with the business leaders to provide timely updates and insights on the current process
- University (Degree) Preferred
