What Youll do
The Human Resources Officer will have a multifaceted position responsible for both Human Resources and Payroll functions.
The Cluster HR Officer reports directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager and works closely with the leadership team across the Cluster in driving the below:
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters escalating when necessary to the Cluster HR Manager.
- Support management in coaching training and development of employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the Cluster.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws company policies and industry best practices.
- Effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies procedures and programs.
- Collaborate with Cluster HR Coordinators and other team members to ensure cohesive HR operations.
- Actively participate in property and Cluster meetings initiatives and TakeCare/ARC activities.

- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred
