Job Description
Were seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead and scale the next generation of artificial intelligence solutions for Amazons Sub Same Day business. At this senior level you will own the comprehensive AI strategy and execution roadmap across multiple product lines and teams. Youll be responsible for driving organizational-level impact influencing senior leadership decisions and architecting solutions that will define the future of Amazons delivery capabilities.
As a key strategic leader you will revolutionize how we leverage AI/ML to optimize our Sub Same Day delivery network enhancing customer experience while driving operational excellence at unprecedented scale. Youll be at the forefront of integrating AI technologies like large language models computer vision and predictive analytics to solve complex challenges. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth business acumen and strategic leadership to transform our last-mile delivery operations across global markets.

- Bachelors degree or above in computer science computer engineering or related field
- Experience in leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership business case development realizing customer benefits and successful program completion
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Knowledge of deep learning machine learning and statistics
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- 10 years of product management experience with 3 years focusing on AI/ML products
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Masters degree in Computer Science AI or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
