As a key member of our Supply Chain & Quality Management team youll play an integral role in ensuring supplier performance and control processes are not only compliant but continuously improving as part of your POD (Process Owner Delegate) role.

This is a role where youll take ownership of your own process improvements drive and contribute to the cross-functional projects and help lead Satairs transformation into a truly end-to-end business model. Youll work at the heart of a global network connecting with stakeholders across departments and levels of the organisation while leaving your mark on how we deliver excellence worldwide. This role blends both strategic and operational responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Take global responsibility for new supplier quality approvals and screening.

• Drive supplier maintenance and re-evaluation together with Product Management.

• Own Control Suppliers and Supplier Performance processes as part of your POD scope

• Lead process improvements within your scope and support global E2E alignment with the Process Owner Delegate community.

• Own the R1 (Supplier Quality Performance) reporting and lead improvement activities for both Satair Distribution and the A220 global supplier scope.

• Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities across projects & actively participate in various allocated projects as required.
  

Expected travel: fewer than 20 days per year

What You Bring

• An aviation background and familiarity with AS9100 and ASA100 standard requirements.

• Strong analytical skills problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance the big picture with attention to detail.

• A solid understanding of Supply Chain complexity and Quality Management. Understanding of Satair and Airbus operations is a plus.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced multicultural environment where priorities shift and independence is key.

• Strong communication skills at various levels of the organisation

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
