What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone email and chat in German
- Handle inquiries related to products services technical issues and administrative matters
- Accurately enter and verify customer data in the companys systems during conversations
- Manage difficult situations with professionalism and offer de-escalation when needed
- Collaborate with internal departments and service technicians to ensure fast resolution of customer requests
- Support administrative tasks including fault and repair requests documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level)
- Strong command of English (C1 level) for internal communication
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive solution-oriented mindset
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging customer interactions
- Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
