Local Division Manager - MOSEYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop an effective (MO/MOLM/MOIM) sales strategy within the specified market scope (global/regional) and maintain it to improve ABBs market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day you will define plan lead and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products systems and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth revenue profitability market share sales productivity and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading developing and coaching the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets through high performance.

This role is contributing to the insert product group/business area/division/function in insert region. Main stakeholders are insert main stakeholder groups if available.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions proactively.
Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers determines plans for implementation and allocates required resources.
Planning and executing customer survey and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in sales strategy performance metrics and market analysis and you enjoy working within the process industries focused on selling Motors including LV MV Voltage and NEMA motor.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in driving revenue growth managing key accounts and negotiating high-value contracts; you have 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles (preferably in B2B or industrial markets).
Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM systems sales analytics tools and pricing models and you are highly adept in sales process optimization.
You are passionate about building strong customer relationships and leading high-performing teams and you are innovative around collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
Degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing or a related field with a demonstrated track record in strategic sales management. Degree in engineering field is a plus.
You have established skills in risk management compliance and contract governance ensuring adherence to corporate ethics and safety standards.
Highly skilled in coaching mentoring and developing teams with proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
