You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Presenting sales performance including revenue generation and achievement of sales targets within the SME segment
- Reporting and analysing customer metrics such as acquisition rates retention rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Providing updates on the progress of contract negotiations with SME clients highlighting key terms and outcomes
- Reporting on market trends and competitor activities that impact SME client relationships and business strategies
- Reporting and resolving customer issues promptly ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to SME client acquisition and retention strategies
- Reporting on innovative solutions and recommending strategies to enhance SME client engagement and profitability.
Qualifications :
- University degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in the Polish retail electricity and/or gas market (B2B segment) gained at an energy retail supply company operating under the TPA model
- Knowledge of the tender procedure on the Polish energy market will be an additional advantage
- Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Time Management Flexibility and Adaptability Relationship Building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
