For our Client a dynamic and globally-focused IT Consulting and Solution Provider we are seeking an experienced Consultant to drive their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation projects.
Our Client specialises in leveraging the complete Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem to help large and medium-sized organisations undergo digital transformation.
Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant your main responsibilities will cover the entire project lifecycle focusing on delivering maximum value to the client:
- Full-Cycle Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform from initial discovery and analysis workshops through to final deployment and post-go-live support.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical and functional liaison building strong relationships with clients from the first interaction to the project sign-off.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Develop comprehensive solution blueprints functional specifications and project documentation that clearly define system configuration custom requirements and data flows.
- Technical Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the development team to translate business requirements into technical user stories co-create custom functionalities and ensure high-quality delivery.
- User Training & Adoption: Prepare and conduct engaging training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure smooth system adoption and mastery of the new platform features.
- Business Process Optimisation: Identify analyse and propose improvements to the clients existing business processes to best leverage the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 CE suite.
- Knowledge Sharing: Proactively share project insights technical expertise and best practices with colleagues within the international consulting team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a mix of functional expertise consulting skills and a commitment to continuous learning:
- Professional Experience: Several years of practical experience in the successful implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM.
- Advisory Mindset: A strong desire to grow as a trusted advisor consistently seeking opportunities to consult clients on modern solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent listening and analytical skills with the ability to swiftly understand complex business needs ask probing questions and articulate technical solutions clearly.
- Process Modelling Knowledge: Familiarity with process analysis tools and methodologies such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Goal Orientation: A proven track record of maintaining a results-driven focus to successfully achieve project goals and deadlines.
- English Fluency: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory due to the international project scope.
