Job Summary

Job Description:

Managing and overseeing facilities operations including preventative maintenance repairs building management procurement and upgrades
Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as cleaning parking and security
Developing and implementing facility policies procedures and standards to ensure that building services and operations run smoothly
Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
Coordinating with various company departments vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects and hired services
Conducting regular inspections and assessments to pinpoint any facility issues or potential risks and address them as needed
Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
Forecasting budgeting and financial management of allocated resources including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts
Overseeing any renovations refurbishments and building projects
Planning for the future by forecasting the facilitys upcoming needs and requirements
Drafting maintenance reports
Dealing with emergencies as they arise
Preparing and proposing energy balance sheets
Responsible for new machines last meter connection
Managing site security tasks with designated subcontractors authorities or Airbus Group
Is the focal point and contractual entry in AHH for the landlord. Manages with the contractor the proper building maintenance contract execution warranty or design claim insurance file request for quotation .
Solves immediately any safety issues related to building
Supervises any work on building or lay-up inside the facilities
