Position Overview

Spend your days making a difference not just working for a living. We do that by creating Modern Governance and Security Risk management Compliance and audit software that uncovers fraud waste environmental risk and abuse in their use different technologies to build our SaaS platform and tackle strategic business challenges creating highly impactful solutions for today and for our future to support Modern Governance.

In this role youll have the chance to learn and practice effective analysis design programming and testing as you help build and maintain scalable SaaS solutions. Youll be part of an established supportive team that works closely together to achieve excellent results. Were looking for someone who is motivated proactive and proud of the code they write.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile team and contribute to grooming user stories and ensuring work items are clear and testable
• Develop and maintain an existing codebase using AI tools
• Using AI to understand and fix simple bugs
• Take part in teams ceremonies
• Work on the teams backlog including planning implementation testing and release

Desirable Skills

• General knowledge of common AI tools
• Open mindset to learn to use AI tools in software development (code generation debugging documentation support)
• Strong analytical skills
• University-level programming coursework or comparable coding bootcamp qualification
• Self-driven mindset
• Fluent English
