Compensation: $160K $220K Competitive Equity
About the Role
Were looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives where deep technology meets complex real-world systems. Youll work directly with customers to deploy intelligent software integrate advanced AI solutions into enterprise environments and turn field insights into the next generation of product capabilities.
As an FDE youll operate at the edgebuilding the first version of new products in collaboration with a single customer iterating rapidly and shaping the foundation for future deployments. Your work will directly inform engineering priorities and product strategy while delivering measurable impact to mission-critical organizations.
Tech stack: Python TypeScript React
What Youll Do
- Partner closely with enterprise clients to understand operational challenges and design tailored AI-powered solutions
- Deploy and integrate intelligent systems into customer workflows and data infrastructure
- Translate field experience into actionable feedback for the product and engineering teams
- Act as the technical liaison and trusted partner for client stakeholders
- Lead onboarding training and long-term adoption of deployed systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of core AI products
What Were Looking For
- 4 years of experience in software engineering systems integration or applied AI
- Proficiency with Python TypeScript and React
- Ability to collaborate with clients and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Self-directed builder comfortable with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership
- Excitement for deploying AI technologies in production not just prototyping them
- Must be available on-site 5 days/week in the SoHo office
