Job Summary

The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist provides counseling rehabilitation services through an aggressive Assertive Community Treatment Team outreach approach in the consumers community. The Vocational Specialist is part of a comprehensive team comprised of a Psychiatrist/PA Mental Health Nurses Therapists Drug and Alcohol Counselor Housing Specialist and Certified Peer Specialist. Due to the intensity of the program some nights weekends and holidays are required. A valid drivers license is required as you will be visiting the members in their homes.

The position requires a Masters Degree in social work psychology counseling rehabilitation counseling or other related field from an accredited college or university. Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling preferred.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Alternating shifts: Day shift (8:30am-5:00pm) Second Shift (12:00pm-830pm) weekends holidays
  • Monday to Friday and occasional weekends

This position requires the successful completion of an FBI Clearance PA Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance.
