Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordinating and expediting material flow Join our team as a Planning Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our operations.

This role is a maternity cover with a limited contract till April 2027.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Compliance:Adhere to company procedures policies and all applicable EHS rules and regulations. Ensure 100% regulatory training and proper use of PPE.
Execution:Manage Oracle invoices and create export documents including invoices in English and Romanian notes of consumption and notices of liquidation. Coordinate with customs and update relevant data in Berg. Provide necessary documents to the Financial Department.
Lean Transformation:Participate in AWO events and apply Lean tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
English proficiency at B1 level.
Open-minded team-oriented innovative and self-confident.
Strong analytical thinking critical judgment and objective approach.
