We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented F&B Front Staff who will also support the bar service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in hospitality has strong communication skills and is able to provide excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
What will you do
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Provide detailed information about menu items daily specials and promotions
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean tidy and well-prepared at all times.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to company standards.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Comply with all health safety and hygiene regulations.
What do we look for
- Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good level of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
