- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Maintain and organize office files documents and records to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and correspondence by gathering and analyzing data as needed.
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails and respond or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
