At Factorial were on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to take our Product team to the next level .

The Role

Were seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record across diverse products to take full ownership of a key area within our this role youll operate with a high degree of autonomy driving both strategy and execution. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity can move quickly when needed and always keeps the long-term vision in sight. What Youll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Factorial you will:

• Own the product area: Define the product vision roadmap and key initiatives.

• Lead the product execution: Work closely with Engineering Design and Data teams to bring your vision to life.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our clients Customer Success Marketing and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR space identifying opportunities to create value.

• Drive impact: Be accountable for business outcomes product success metrics and continuous improvement of the product.

What Were Looking For

Youre likely a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 5 years with at least 3 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).

• Are business-driven and obsessed with creating impact. You align product strategy with business goals and user needs. You think like an entrepreneur: you can spot hidden opportunities in compliance pricing or workflows and turn them into scalable value for customers and the business.

• Are data-driven setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch. You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation. Youre resourceful with data if the answers arent obvious you know how to dig triangulate and find insights to guide decisions.

• Have a keen eye for design and user experience. You appreciate the importance of intuitive interfaces and crafting simple solutions to complex problems.

• Possess strong communication skills: Youre confident in pitching influencing and advocating for your product vision internally and externally. Youre comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.

• Thrive in ambiguity: Youre proactive identify high-value problems and develop actionable plans.

• Have GTM (Go-to-Market) experience: Our PMs are very GTM-driven ensuring product launches are well-coordinated with Marketing and Sales.

• Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or German are highly valued).

• Have experience working with third-party integrations and have strong technical intuition: comfortable discussing system design understanding database flows and evaluating trade-offs in performance code quality and integrations. You dont need to code but you can engage deeply with engineers and speak their language.

• Are comfortable with scaling processes managing multiple stakeholders and proactively optimizing workflowseven beyond your immediate area of responsibility.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.

• Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.

• Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 67.000 (57.000 fix 10.000 based on performance payed quarterly) and 76.500 (65.000 fix 11.500 based on performance payed quarterly). We wont consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
