You operate as a strategic advisor and trusted sparring partner for our clients from framing the problem to delivering measurable impact. With empathy analytical rigor and a business-first mindset you guide teams and stakeholders through complex digital challenges and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps. Your consulting creates clarity prioritizes outcomes and ensures initiatives are not just finished but truly value-generating.
What you will do:
- Build resilient long-term advisory relationships at Clevel and across functions youre the go-to for digital decisions
- Provide end-to-end consulting across the digital customer journey: from opportunity mapping and value hypotheses to prioritization and clear go/no-go decisions
- Develop growth and account strategies: identify potential craft business cases and orchestrate the next meaningful step
- Drive thought leadership: bring market and product insights into executive conversations challenge assumptions and align stakeholders around outcomes
Requirements
What we expect:
- Strong client orientation and 35 years in client service management account management or consulting (in-house or agency-side).
- A completed university degree (engineering economics or similar) or equivalent qualification.
- Strategic working style with genuine passion for digital topics (products CX data cloud-native marketing).
- Curiosity for people: you connect easily listen actively and distill what truly matters.
- Proficient English and excellent German skills (written and spoken).
