Job Description
Were strengthening our consulting craft across Germany and Austria. Were looking for a Consultant who can elevate client value creation end-to-end: from uncovering value challenges and shaping KPI-driven roadmaps to driving adoption across teams. You will be a key force in maturing our customer journey consulting embedding measurable outcomes and advancing AI-enabled ways of workingboth for our clients and internally at VI.
What you will do:
- Own and extend customer journey strategies that link clearly to business outcomes KPIs and measurable value
- Translate business goals into KPI frameworks and test-and-learn roadmaps; quantify impact and prioritize
- Facilitate value discovery: frame problems identify value pools and design experiments that move the needle
- Partner with cross-functional teams (UX Design Engineering Marketing) to turn strategies into shipped outcomes
- Lead senior client conversations and build buy-in for KPI-driven decisions
- Drive AI adoption: integrate AI into service blueprints and processes identify high-impact use cases and define guardrails and change management
Requirements
What we expect:
- 57 years of experience in consulting or a comparable strategic role
- Customer journey expertise: mapping diagnosing value gaps orchestrating cross-channel interventions
- Strong client-facing leadership: facilitation stakeholder management executive communication
- Practical AI experience in a business context: from use-case identification to piloting and process integration
- Expertise in at least one VI core craft: UX research UX/UI design cloud-native/frontend engineering or digital marketing
- Willingness to travel in DE and AT for workshops; otherwise remote-friendly
- Proficient in German and English
