Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a MD Brokered CD


In this role you will:

  • Manage and develop multiple teams of managers and professional individual contributors with focus on delivering product and service of moderate to high complexity and risk for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Investment Banking functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development within Investment Banking functional area
  • Lead an Investment Banking team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for Investment Banking functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence Investment Banking professionals including more experienced leadership
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Investment Banking
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of Investment Banking experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
  • 4 years of management or leadership experience

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$249500.00 - $518300.00
