Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to cover Maternity Leave with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our teamso if you haveexperience of leading a team in a fast paced customer focused environment andyou are looking to carve out your career in the hospitality industry; this maybe just the job for you.
Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed stylish location that offers truly outstanding views great food an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neames Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk which starts and ends at the pub.
As an ambassador for our brand this role will seeyou coveringduty manager shifts supporting the management team with the creation of an inclusiveculture within the business and leading and developing the team to ensure thatthey offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
