Working Schedule : Off Thursday and Friday - Full Schedule as Follows
- Saturday 9am8pm EST
- Sunday 125pm EST
- Monday 128pm EST
- Tuesday 128pm EST
- Wednesday 128pm EST
Salary Range :$1000-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints resolve issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the CRM or support system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales technical support operations) to address customer needs.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge company policies and industry trends.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in direct CSR position
- Previous experience in piano or instrument customer service call center or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand what the customer needs.
- Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or help desk software ( Zendesk Freshdesk).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
