Position : Customer Service Representative

Working Schedule : Off Thursday and Friday - Full Schedule as Follows

  • Saturday 9am8pm EST
  • Sunday 125pm EST
  • Monday 128pm EST
  • Tuesday 128pm EST
  • Wednesday 128pm EST

Salary Range :$1000-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills patience and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints resolve issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer accounts in the CRM or support system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales technical support operations) to address customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge company policies and industry trends.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in direct CSR position
  • Previous experience in piano or instrument customer service call center or related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand what the customer needs.
  • Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or help desk software ( Zendesk Freshdesk).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
