Position : Customer Success Representative
Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST
-Salary Range : $1700 - $2000/month (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team. The CSR will be the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring a smooth onboarding process providing ongoing support and working to maximize customer satisfaction retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a successful implementation of our product/service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to identify risk or growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product Support Marketing) to resolve customer issues and relay feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Advocate for the customer internally and contribute to a customer-centric culture
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success account management support or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech-driven environment
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools is a plus (e.g. Zendesk Gainsight Intercom)
- Preferred: Experience in using Zoho Suite Zoho Desk Zoho Click or similar tools and CRM tools.
