Duties & Responsibilities

Join a leading modular building solutions provider operating across South Africa. This company manufactures rents and maintains prefabricated spaces for industries like construction mining education and healthcare. Their focus on speed quality and compliance makes them a trusted name in delivering infrastructure where its needed most.

In this hands-on role youll maintain service and repair air-conditioning units to keep equipment running optimally. Youll inspect test refurbish and manage AC stock while adhering to safety and compliance standards. The role involves diagnostics functional testing reporting and workshop housekeepingall while supporting a fast-paced rentals team with proactive problem-solving and technical expertise.

Requirements:

Recognised Aircon Technician qualification (trade) is essential
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience maintaining and repairing air-conditioning units
Proficient in diagnosing faults performing repairs and conducting functional testing on HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of OHS standards electrical codes and correct use of PPE
Experience using measuring/testing instruments basic computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to complete inspection documentation
