Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is in search of a Reporting Manager who can turn numbers into narratives and spreadsheets into strategy. If youre a CA(SA) with a sharp analytical mind and a talent for team leadership this is your moment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet our client:
Part production plant part logistics machine and 100% dedicated to delivering excellence from the factory floor to the finance suite. This industry leader is where forklifts meet forecasts and where supply chain meets spreadsheet.
In an environment that moves fast and operates smarter theyre looking for a Reporting Manager to own the numbers guide the reporting roadmap and bring clarity to complexity.
Now theyre looking for someone who can:
- Lead financial reporting like a pro storytellerclear compelling and on time
- Develop and manage management accounts and monthly packs
- Analyse trends and variances like a forensic accountant with a crystal ball
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing logistics and finance
- Champion reporting compliance controls and continuous improvements
- Guide a team of finance pros while keeping your own hands firmly on the data
Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) Fully qualified
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a corporate environment
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- ERP and Excel wizardry (BI tools bonus points)
- Experience in manufacturing distribution or logistics highly advantageous
- A strategic thinker with a love for details and deadlines
