Job Summary
Position : Development Project Manager
Work Hours (Client) : CST time: 7am till 4pm (have some time overlap with Pacific or eastern time)
Pay Range : $2000 - $2500 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa Philippines Latin America Any Region
Work Location : REMOTE

Company/Client Overview:
A growing marketing agency with 30 full-time employees and contractors and we also own a SaaS product.
We are looking for a proactive Development Project Manager to oversee all web development projects. You will manage the development teams workload coordinate with internal teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the development teams workload ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
- Assist in scoping website development projects including preparing timelines and pricing estimates.
- Communicate project status and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Follow up with the development team to track progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Own and manage all client development projects from initiation to delivery ensuring client satisfaction.
- Run the daily dev team all-hands meeting to report on project status and triage priority issues.
- Maintain clear documentation and project plans to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
- Experience as a Project Manager in web or software development.
- Strong understanding of web development processes.
- Excellent written communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently.
- Experience with Asana (or similar tools) and G-Suite.
- Experience with Shopify platform is a plus
