Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered software company backed by top-tier investors including a recent Series B round led by Google Ventures. Their product is transforming a multi-trillion dollar industry by bringing conversation intelligence to the millions of salespeople who work offline.
The platform uses a mobile app to record face-to-face conversations then leverages AI to transcribe and analyze them providing valuable insights to improve sales performance. This innovative approach has earned them recognition as a Cloud 100 Rising Star company.
Since being founded in 2019 our clients team has grown to 80 people and they are on track to achieve $100M in ARR this year. They have a loyal customer base including Fortune 500 companies and a Net Revenue Retention rate of over 170%.
Youll join our clients founding engineering team and play a critical role in building and scaling their core product. Theyre looking for engineers who are eager to build high-quality products quickly and contribute to a collaborative fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact working directly with the co-founder and CTO.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new products and features from the ground up.
- Collaborating with customers and internal teams to understand and solve real-world problems.
- Contributing to a high-quality codebase and expanding the engineering teams expertise.

Requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Must-Haves:
- 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working at a talent-dense startup known for rapid growth and high-quality engineering (e.g. Stripe Plaid Databricks).
- Experience in cloud infrastructure and deploying to AWS.
- Proficiency in our core tech stack: React React Native TypeScript and Python.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to work directly with customers to understand their needs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Willingness to work on-site five days a week in the New York City office.
Bonus Points:
- A Computer Science degree from a top university.
- Experience in hackathons entrepreneurship or VC fellowships.
