Overview of the role:
At Saputo Dairy Products Canada we take pride in producing high-quality dairy products and providing exceptional consumer experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Relations Representative to join our team for an 18-month contract.
In this role you will be the key point of contact for consumers with questions feedback or concerns about our finished products. Youll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for responsiveness care and trust.
Salary: From $47320 to $62 110
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.

How you will make contributions that matter:
Respond to incoming consumer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Accurately categorize and log consumer requests in our internal database
Coordinate follow-ups with consumers and relevant internal departments to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of documentation templates and procedures related to consumer request management
Provide insights and suggestions based on recurring feedback to help improve the overall consumer experience
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
A college diploma in business administration communications or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in a consumer relations customer service or call center role (experience in the food or CPG industry is an asset)
Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential because the person will interact with various team members and stakeholders across Canada
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A calm solutions-focused approach when handling consumer concerns
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
