Overview of the role:

At Saputo Dairy Products Canada we take pride in producing high-quality dairy products and providing exceptional consumer experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Relations Representative to join our team for an 18-month contract.

In this role you will be the key point of contact for consumers with questions feedback or concerns about our finished products. Youll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for responsiveness care and trust.

Salary: From $47320 to $62 110

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Respond to incoming consumer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy

  • Accurately categorize and log consumer requests in our internal database

  • Coordinate follow-ups with consumers and relevant internal departments to ensure timely resolution

  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of documentation templates and procedures related to consumer request management

  • Provide insights and suggestions based on recurring feedback to help improve the overall consumer experience

  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • A college diploma in business administration communications or a related field

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a consumer relations customer service or call center role (experience in the food or CPG industry is an asset)

  • Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential because the person will interact with various team members and stakeholders across Canada

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • A calm solutions-focused approach when handling consumer concerns

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
