is looking for a customer-obsessed detail oriented and independent Marketing Manager to lead onsite experiences for promotional events supporting deals discoverability automation and building long-term engagement initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Own promotional events onsite experience from end to end
Define how customers will discover events and deals on website
Master in site merchandising driving experimentation and innovation
Build creative briefs content plan UX wireframes and partner with Content & Design teams
Drive automation initiatives for on site merchandising in partnership with global teams
Partner with marketing teams to drive long-term customer engagement initiatives
Closely track and report campaign engagement metrics
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese both written and verbal
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience in online retail/B2C marketing
