Position Summary:

Plays a key role in supporting Accounts Payable functions by reviewing and validating employee expense submissions and maintaining the eCommerce Expense Module. Collaborates closely with Treasury General Accounting and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate within the Administrative Payables and Expense components of the eCommerce Portal
Assess and authorize expense reports line items and receipts to verify accuracy completeness and adherence to company policy
Manage workflow and routing to facilitate prompt expense report processing
Respond to employee questions about reimbursements and help enforce corporate card usage policies
Conduct training sessions for end users on system navigation and usage through email phone or virtual meetings

Required Skills & Experience:

Up to two years of relevant experience
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
Advanced proficiency in digital financial disbursement platforms
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer support and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a high-volume automated Accounts Payable environment is a plus

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
