Job Description

Position: UX Designer II (multiple positions available)
Location: New York City NY
Multiple Positions Available:
closely with product owners software developers programmers and other designers to create innovative design solutions for software that impact millions of users.
end to end design of large-scale projects that focus on a user-centered design approach.
and analyze current site and software data and user behavior.
and create designs that address both the primary user as well as business goals.
maintain and enforce current design guidelines and strategies.
handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle.
design solutions to a wide variety of teams and departments.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Graphic Design Industrial Design Digital Communications Design Visual Arts Mass Communications Art or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a User Experience Designer Information Architect or a related occupation.
Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelors degree and one year of experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for large-scale multi-tiered platforms using web design principles and technologies including Wireframe Applications Photoshop Axure HTML or prototyping tools; collaborating with developers for implementation of designs; using Illustrator Photoshop or Fireworks; and rationalizing designs among cross-functional groups.
The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $129600.00 - $176000.00 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
