About the role
To keep us operating at our best were looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Platform this role youll work closely with our VP of Engineering to drive our operating rhythm ensure smooth execution and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
You will...
- Drive the Platform pillars operating rhythm: OKRs planning metrics and reporting.
- Ensure clear communication alignment and decision-making across teams.
- Organize off-sites all-hands and social events that strengthen leadership and team culture.
- Oversee pillar-wide processes including talent management and follow-ups.
- Partner with engineers TPMs and leadership to align on technical initiatives.
- Translate technical updates into clear actionable communication.
- Streamline workflows eliminate inefficiencies and surface blockers early.
You have...
- 5 years in program management or similar roles within an engineering org
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong organizational and communication skills both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and partner effectively with engineers.
- Self-directed adaptable and effective in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
- B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Willing to work in or relocate to New York NY.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Exceptional candidates will have...
- Experience as a program manager in a technical org.
- Prior exposure to platform or infrastructure teams.
- 10 years of relevant program/operations management experience.
- Familiarity with distributed teams and global operations.
- Background in technical environments such as software engineering or systems.
