At Guzool the leading freeware site for time management we believe that empowerment in everyone is key to their todays information overload world we are expected to perform on the scarcest resource of all: time. Through our innovative approach to time management and user friendly experience across all platforms people everywhere are not only empowering their own lives by controlling their time but their futures as well.
As we continue to consider the future of our customers and the world at large we also consider the future of Guzool. To ensure our continued ability to empower the world for the years to come we realized our focus must lie upon our future; here we mean an increase in active users (especially the student population). We are interested in attracting students to the site and increasing the number of students who use the site to manage assignments and projects. (Creator) This way we can empower them and our own future as well.
As Guzools Programer Analyst you will be working closely with the Student Outreach and Development team to ensure the foundation of Guzools success our time-management freeware is rolled out updated and adapts to the needs of this expected potential surge of users. (A dead site a dead product.) The Student Outreach and Development team as co-lead by the Marketing Specialist and Student Development Specialist is focused on promoting Guzool as an exceptional place to work and building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding student candidates. Your role will serve in dichotomy as both support and lead to ensure the technical aspects of Guzools growth are aligned with all other project implementations. As a leader and visionary of Guzool you have an eye on the organizations short and long term growth needs and the pulse of the broader market. You are scrappy and resourceful creative and driven -- and excited to empower the future ahead through your time at Guzool.
Responsibilities:
Develop web applications web services and mobile applications and training
Serving as technical liaison
Assist with the marketing and delivery of Guzool freeware
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation.
Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business computer science digital marketing information systems or a related field
Understanding of software development lifecycle including planning development implementation and management
Extremely organized strong attention-to-detail and highly skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects on deadline in a team environment
