Job Description

As an Implementation Associate youll support the successful onboarding of new customers in the Emerging & Established segments. Youll coordinate logistics manage project tracking and assist internal and external stakeholders during standardized onboarding processes. You will also support post-launch troubleshooting for customers and their investors.

Location: US (Remote) Working with different time zones

Job responsibilities:

  • Execute repeatable onboarding workflows for low-to-mid complexity GP customers.
  • Maintain and update project plans in Smartsheet and ClickUp.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and customer-facing meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation via Slack Notion and Salesforce.
  • Act as liaison between GPs and internal teams (Digitization Solutions Engineering) to support onboarding and platform adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support by triaging and resolving platform issues raised by GPs and their LPs/investors.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to escalate and track resolution of issues.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and identifying improvement opportunities post-launch.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12 years experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Proficient with work management tools (e.g. ClickUp Smartsheet or equivalents).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Slack and/or Notion.
  • Exposure to accounting fintech or investor-facing tools.
