Primary Responsibilities

Convert complex business objectives into clear structured technical and functional requirements
Drive IT- and service-focused process enhancements through thoughtful planning and execution
Design and deploy workflow systems and manage performance-tracking initiatives
Oversee ongoing workflow optimization through iterative improvement strategies
Partner with service leaders and process owners to align efforts with business goals
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to support process and system upgrades
