Were searching for a Sales Manager to join our Utah team. If youre a relationship builder hospitality enthusiast and natural connector who thrives on performance this could be your next big move.


This role is remote but youll be out in the market regularlymeeting with clients building vendor relationships and attending networking events. Youll also travel for territory meetings and company-wide gatherings so comfort with travel is a must.


About the Job
As a Sales Manager at Access youll drive revenue by qualifying developing and closing business opportunitiesprimarily through strategic hotel partnerships and proactive market outreach. This is a high-impact client-facing role where youll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional event experiences all while growing our presence in the Utah market.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as the local market leadbuilding and nurturing relationships with hotels venues and vendors.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through both inbound referrals and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct site inspections sales presentations and capability briefings for hotel and client partners.
  • Collaborate with creative and event production teams to develop strategic on-brand proposals.
  • Own and manage KPIs including sales conversion market share growth and referral performance.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to national sales and local event delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Advocate for the Access brand and actively grow our presence in Salt Lake City Park City and beyond.

  • Youre recognized as a go-to expert in the Salt Lake City and Park City hospitality and events community.
  • You consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
  • Youve built strong referral relationships with hotels and partners.
  • You represent Access with professionalism creativity and follow-through at every touchpoint.


About You

  • Based in or near Salt Lake City with existing relationships or strong knowledge of the local market.
  • A self-starter with 25 years of sales experience in a consultative environmentideally in hospitality events or destination management.
  • Digitally savvy and organized with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across markets and hitting sales goals.
  • Passionate about the guest experience and confident presenting creative ideas to clients and partners.
