Job Summary

Overview

Susquehanna Financial Group LLLP (SFG) integrates expertise in trading research and sales to provide value to our client base of mutual funds hedge funds and pension/endowment funds.

As a member of our Derivatives Sales Trading team you will engage directly with clients execute order flow and provide market-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with our derivatives trading strategy market intelligence and equity research teams.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters degree required
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in sales trading ideally with a focus on derivatives
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Deep understanding of options pricing volatility modeling and derivatives markets
  • Expertise in examining volatility surfaces skew term structures and other critical options metrics to inform trading decisions
  • Ability to evaluate market trends interpret options flows and positioning and assess strategy feasibility
  • Experience with Python SQL or VBA preferred
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong collaborative relationships with institutional clients and internal counterparts
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to contribute across projects and workstreams
  • An ideal candidate has strong ambition a willingness to take initiative and a desire to continuously learn
  • Possession of SIE Series 7 and Series 63 or the ability to obtain all licenses within four months of hire required
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

The annual base pay range for this role is $125000 - $175000 discretionary bonus benefits. Susquehanna considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position work experience education/training key skills as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
