About the Role

We build training environments for AI agents working with leading AI labs to train the next generation of agentic models. Our mission is to empower the development of artificial general intelligence by creating simulation environments where AI can practice tasks. As a Member of Technical Staff youll be a core part of our lean engineering team with significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape our work and culture. This is a role for an ambitious engineer who thrives in a fast-paced high-impact environment.

What Were Looking For

We need a strong backend or infrastructure developer with a deep interest in Agentic AI. We are looking for individuals who treat their work as a craft thrive in ambiguity and love solving hard problems. This opportunity is ideal for engineers who have been founding engineers founded their own companies or had a major impact at a top-tier company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of strong backend experience.
• Experience with Python Go & TypeScript
• Must be comfortable with an in-person 5 days/week work policy in our Union Square office and a 50-60 hour work week.
• Relocation assistance is available.
