JOB SUMMARY
Provide leadership to oversee the successful execution of complex major or minor Default Management projects.

this will follow office centric workstyle (4 days onsite/1 day remote) from any of the posted locations.

Requires sharepoint design experience/project management or process management experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assign activities and responsibilities to project team.

2. Define project scope and objectives.

3. Communicate with Project Sponsor to keep them informed of project status.

4. Report project status to management.

5. Develop/maintain project schedules.

6. Identify appropriate resources for each project.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration field or equivalent education and related training

2. Four years of project management experience

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Working knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Office

5. Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

1. College degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Operations Engineering Procurement Management and Logistics

2. Default Management or Loss Mitigation experience
