Description:
The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the Juilliard Store by overseeing part-time staff coordinating inventory and merchandising and ensuring smooth customer service experiences. This role partners closely with management to implement procedures delegate projects and maintain operational excellence across sales facilities order fulfillment and POS systems. The AssistantManager serves as the primary point of contact for part-time employees provides customer issue resolution and communicates feedback to management. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory levels processing purchase orders supporting events and maintaining store communications. Weekend coverage is required in coordination with the General Manager to ensure consistent leadership presence.
The salary range for this role is $60000-$62900 annually based on skills and experience.
