Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered relationship-based veterinary care
Collaborate with the clinical team and practice leadership to deliver excellent outcomes
Build meaningful connections with clients and the Land OLakes community
Support and mentor staff development through the internal LevelUp training program
Manage a diverse caseload including both surgical procedures and appointments
Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE program)
Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one in Florida)
