Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Land Surveyor

Location: York PA

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Registered Land Surveyor:

#1. Must have a PLS in PA (reciprocity accepted)

#2. Must have at least 5 years of related experience.

#3. Must have at least 2 years or project Management experience

#4. Must be proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.

Requirements of the Registered Land Surveyor:

Associates or Bachelors degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.
5 years of related experience (field and office including a strong proficiency in land surveying standards and procedures)
Project Management Experience is required
PLS with PA license is required
Ability to manage self and others and surveying Projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Applicant should be able to develop into managing the survey department
Must have high-level verbal and written communication skills

Other Key Requirements:

100% in-office work
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
